About Irene
I have enjoyed tutoring for several years as a lead mentor and teacher assistant for the Boston Public Libraries as well as for an ESL school, Korean school, and private tutoring. I have worked one on one as well as with a class of 30 students of various ages. I dedicated almost all of my activities toward working with students as I aspire to become a college professor in the future. Through my experience, I am very familiar with the college process and the significant aspects of the application that admission officers are looking for. Lastly, I am open to tutor students with the following subjects: math, Latin, SAT prep, writing! Please contact me for any specific information.

I like to first evaluate a student's skills in order to pinpoint their weaknesses in certain areas of study. Then, I take note of what to focus on over a few lessons in order to improve their skills effectively and efficiently. I like to bring my students notes and assignments, fully designed by myself, in order to drill their weaknesses and be certain that there is an improvement! I am always open to suggestions from the student.
