About Jennifer
I am passionate about music and music education. I have completed a Bachelor of Music (Musicology) and a Bachelor of Arts at Adelaide University. I have been teaching flute for 7 years and have worked with students all across the ages, doing both group and individual lessons. My work is with students from beginner to intermediate levels, and I have taught in a variety of studio, school and online settings. I love the flute as a musical instrument, I love teaching it to students and I find it very special and very rewarding to be able to engage with each of my students, discover their unique talents and guide them towards a profitable and successful musical career!

Enrollments are now open for flute lessons for Term 2 on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturday mornings. Lessons are offered to students from 8 years old through to adulthood. I teach from my home in Black Forest and also in schools, in students' homes and online via Zoom. The lessons are fun and interactive, including a variety of different activities such as singing, rhythm clapping and fun ensemble playing alongside technique and performance skills. Teaching is tailored to you/your child, to suit your/their specific needs and interests. You'll be amazed at how quickly you/your child can progress and learn to make awesome music!

We were so lucky to find Jennifer to teach our daughter piano. She started weekly piano lessons with Jennifer 18 months ago, and it was amazing how quickly she picked it up! Just a few months after starting, she was confident to play piano solo at Christmas at our church. She now enjoys sharing her skills with her friends. Jennifer is a very effective, dedicated and patient teacher.
