About Luz
I have a diploma as a Hatha Yoga Teacher Instructor in Argentina and I am learning therapeutical yoga for different pathologies. I have one year of Yoga Teacher experience with groups of 10 students per class and I also keep my personal practices as a student to have more knowledge for my students.

My teaching method is very relaxed, becoming aware of the breath and trying to make postures (asanas) according to what each body can do. I pay special attention to the pathologies that each student presents to help him feel comfortable in practice and be able to develop his personal practice according to his circumstances. I like to connect with students and offer them a personalized class according to the situation they are living.
