About Cherry
I have a BA Hons degree-Level 2:1 in Education, Culture and Society.
I am a Christian lady. I have 20yrs experience as a teaching assistant in a Christian Primary School.
I was both HLTA and teacher cover for all year groups when teachers were having their personal planning time but also if a teacher was absent.
I have planned for and taught all year groups from Yr1 to Yr6 and supported children through their year 2 and year 6 SATs. I was a
I have always been firm but fair in teaching all children and earnt a great deal of respect from the children I taught.
Every child has their own learning pace, and I plan according to that learning process.
I am a kind, caring and patient person. I love teaching children who need that extra support to access the current curriculum. I believe that all children have a right to learn and that all children can learn.
I have children of my own who have dyslexia, and it was because of them that I gained my passion for wanting to make sure that all children had access to learning and for them to gain confidence to want to learn.
I hope that I can encourage your children to learn and enjoy learning through the lessons that I will teach.
