My personal approach to teaching relates to the child, I believe it is important to go off what a student needs and is capable of achieving.
I attempt to ensure lessons are 45 minutes and then a 15 minute debrief discussing what our next steps will be.
as mentioned previously I have a bachelor education P-12and have been teaching primary students for 5 years. prior to teaching was a tutor.
I am very aware of the expectations for primary school in relation to the Victorian Curriculum and have access to a lot of material that will support the students.
my lessons are targeted more towards junior school kids from prep to grade 3.
