About Sophia

I have just finished my A Levels in German, French and history and really benefitted from using a tutor. I would therefore love to do the same for others who feel they need a little extra help in certain areas.

Next September I will be going to university to German and French which I am looking forward to!

As someone who didn’t achieve As and A*s throughout school I know what it’s like to find topics difficult and I will work with until you are confident doing it on your own! I am also patient and understanding (:

About the lesson

In the first session I will ask you what you would be most keen on practicing going forward and what you hope to achieve.

After the first session I will tailor the lessons to meet your aims for German. This could be practicing oral questions, grammar or pronunciation.

At the beginning of each lesson I will run through what we previously went through possibly with a quiz (to make sure you have retained the information!) and if we are doing written/grammar work I can also send exercises through which should help you practice what you wanted to do.

If there is anything specific you have asked me to go through either at the end of the last lesson or beginning of the current session, I will try my best to help! Although if I am told at the beginning classes probably won’t be as well prepared, I hope you understand (:
