Always when I teach someone, the first thing I focus on is the theory since it is important, because later when I speak I tell him the name of some exercise and they don't know what it is, then I start with the basics (dominated, funds, push-ups, muscle ups) exercises that allow you to do repetitions and sets. And then we would start with something more complex, such as the iron, the front lever or the one arm handstand, of which I understand very well the technique of each of the static. WITH MY TRAINING METHOD YOU WILL GET IN SHAPE IN A LITTLE TIME, GETTING RESULTS YOU DIDN'T IMAGINE.
