About Gretchen
I was born in Colorado and lived across the USA, as my dad was in the Air Force. I have 3 kids, dog and cat. I live to travel, read, watch my daughter dance in competitions and my son play basketball. I now live in Maine enjoying the seasons and coast.

I enjoy teaching. It’s been passion since I was a little girl. This will be my 18th year of teaching all subjects in upper elementary. I also have my Master’s degree in literacy and was awarded Teacher of the Year for Kennebec County. I love finding out my students’ interests and learning styles to teach them best.
