I have been in the industry since I was 17 years old that is over 45 years and have learnt a lot about how the body responds to different methods of training.
I use to train for rugby Union and then for bodybuilding but after years I now train for muscle strength to help with posture and overall health

I continue to see incorrect use of weights when performing an exercise which can have long-term cause serious issues, and how each person can respond differently to certain exercises.
My aim and teaching method is to work first at performing the exercise correctly and reduce injuries and then to look at the best possible gains that my student is looking for
