About Megat
Hi guys. I’ve built a strong foundation in bodybuilding through consistent training and learning from experienced people in the fitness field. Over time, I’ve tried different workout programs and training methods, which helped me understand what actually works best for different people depending on their goals, lifestyle, and fitness level. I’m really passionate about fitness and enjoy helping others improve their physique so that after each session, you know exactly what to do, train safely, and feel confident working out on your own without feeling lost.

Mr Megat is a gym bros that anyone could dream of. He can spot me whenever i bench press and advise my calorie intact. I'm from 90kg to 60kg in 2 month all thanks to him. I'm 165 btw. He's great, supportive, respectful and disciplined guy. Really recommend it. 9.5/10. Minus 0.5 cause he's maybe get a bit strict sometimes but can tolerate with me most of the time.
