About Meenakshi

My Teaching Philosophy

My students are my responsibility, and I take that responsibility very seriously. I always believe in my students, their capabilities, their learning potential, and their attitude towards learning.

I strongly believe that there is no one fixed approach to teaching. Every student is different, and each has their own unique learning style, abilities, strengths, and areas for improvement. Therefore, the way of teaching should also be personalized according to the individual needs of each student.

My primary aim is to focus on the overall growth and development of my students. I work on strengthening their abilities while also identifying and improving the areas where they need additional support.

For each student, I develop appropriate strategies to make learning more interactive, engaging, and meaningful. I prepare practice questions, organize reading and discussion sessions, and create a friendly and comfortable learning environment where students feel confident to ask questions, express their thoughts, and learn from their mistakes.

For me, teaching is not just about completing a syllabus or achieving good results. It is about helping students become more confident, independent, curious, and motivated learners.

Most importantly, I believe that teaching is a two-way journey. I grow with my students. Every student teaches me something new, encourages me to reflect on my methods, and motivates me to become a better educator. Their growth inspires my growth, and their success is one of the most rewarding parts of my journey as a teacher.

About the lesson

- I believe in learning by doing.

- First I try to connect with my students, so I can better understand their requirements, their strong and weak areas.

- Accordingly I plan to deliver my lesson.

- My focus will be to clear the concepts of grammar. This will help my students in learning Hindi more efficiently.
- I encourage students to talk in Hindi using their learning.
-Remedy class can be arranged to work on weak areas.
