About Anastasia
I used to live in Italy for over 10 years before I moved to Australia. I moved to Milan with my mother when I was 13 yo: this change wasn’t easy for me especially because of the language barrier. I couldn’t make new friends because I couldn’t speak, some kids were bullying me and I couldn’t answer anything, I remember I took it as a personal challenge: I will learn it perfectly no matter what. I did it, I remember being one of the best students of my high school. Afterwards, I developed a deep understanding and connection to other languages that I could learn, such as English, German, Spanish. I’m a native Russian speaker, so I know how difficult it might be studying a totally different alphabet as well and I can help with that too :)
