About Marcus

I am a semi-retired University teacher and researcher in Biological Sciences. During my studies, and through the preparation I have done for all the classes I have taught over the years, I have gained a sound understanding of the subject matter. This allows me to explain these concepts in a clear way and this has often been mentioned by my students in class. I always prepare for my classes to ensure clear explanations and concise answers to any questions asked.

About the lesson

I am available for one-to-one or group tutorial sessions covering any and all topics from molecular biology - studies concerning DNA - to biochemistry and physiology to gross anatomy. I have taught nursing, midwifery, paramedic, physiotherapy and associated health science students' Anatomy & Physiology for over, 2nd year Genetics prac and tute classes teaching PCR and 3rd year Pathology pracs demonstrating techniques such as IHC, ELISA, WB, FISH in the investigation of disease, for over 20 years. I am widely read and experienced but I will say if I'm unsure about an issue, and I am always keen to teach a student how to find answers using certain websites etc which I have found reliable.
