About Florence
I’m born in Paris, worked in New York before settling in Sydney twenty-five years ago. Yoga has been an anchor and traveling to India for a panchakarma with my teachers was transformative. I believe in the power of this practice, that inspired me to start teaching.

About the lesson

I bring breath and movement together, with a focus on proper alignment. Core asanas are intercepted with flow and salutes. My methodology is adaptive to my students. Core activation and balance poses are always included. We finish with breath practice and meditation.

Perfect! Florence has an excellent command of yoga poses and there is a lovely sense of flow to her movements. It is a great pleasure to have her tutor me in yoga. Plus her french accent is a delight.
