About Tarun
I am a 23 year old recent graduate from Deakin University. Currently, pursuing the graduate program at DHL supply chain as my regular 9-5 during the weekdays. I have trained Muay thai for a little over 2 years and 8 months and realised I have a skill now that I can share with other on the weekends and earn a little extra cashon the side doing so.
I fell in Love with the sport the moment I walked into the gyum and I understand it can be intemidating to walk into a fight gym at first.
My goal with this is to help teach you the basics first so that you are a little more comfortable if you decide to go join a gym and pursue it seriously.

Trying to help anyone with little to no experience with muay thai, with the basics in the sport, up to a level where they are comfortable to hit pads and mitts with confidence and even attain a flow state while doing so.
Also, open to fighters who needs a pad-holder for a quick pad session.
It is a great hobby for anyone who is trying to get a good workout, while alsolooking for a new skill to learn.
Focus is to help develop skills through demonstration, shadowboxing, padwork and drills.
It is super fun, and risk of injury is minimal as there is no sparring involved ( unless you are comfortable).

I have a spare set of unused gloves that I can let you use initially, but if we have more that a few classes, I suggest you buy a set of gloves, Shinpads and a mouthpiece.
