About Ashley
I am here to make math easier for you! Math topics can be frustrating and confusing at times. With my help, you will work through the math skill, complete problems together and finish with you better understanding how to do the math on your own! I’ve taught students in preschool, 1st grade, and 5th grade (and helped my own 7th grade daughter with some math too!) Sometimes just hearing or seeing things a different way can help the math skill click!

I like to use visuals and real life example to help students understand math concepts. Easy tricks like mnemonic devices and even tunes to help them remember steps is also helpful. The student and I will work through examples together until the student can independently solve them.
