About Veronica
"Sitting in my studio surrounded by vintage instruments, I reflect on the 13 years spent teaching students ranging from beginners to working professionals. My Diploma of Music from JMC Academy serves as the foundation for the lessons I conduct daily.
I often recall those early days playing in the Australian Latin music scene, a time that shaped my approach to technical precision and soul. My practice covers reading sheet music, power chords, lead guitar, strumming patterns, ear training, tuning and maintenance, blues progressions, and music theory. I have taught a vast number of individuals who seek to refine their technique or prepare for grade exams.
Sometimes I find myself explaining complex blues scales while adjusting a bridge, which is just part of the rhythm of my work. I treat every student as a unique entity, ensuring that our time together moves you closer to the musician you intend to become."

Before we build your custom lesson plan, I conduct a diagnostic skills check to identify exactly where your current abilities stand. This ensures that we do not waste time on concepts you have already mastered. My years of experience allow me to navigate the needs of returning learners and intermediate players with ease.
We spend time on specific technical hurdles, ensuring that your hands and ears are working in tandem to create the sounds you hear in your head. It is rewarding to watch a student finally nail a difficult chord transition after weeks of consistent practice. The act of making music is the most enjoyable part of the process."
