I have worked off and on with Niamh for the last 12 years as a chef, she is caring, kind, patient and is a great teacher, she has taught me things from cooking to rostering, she is a great teacher, she makes sure you understand the task at hand. She is a hands on teacher and is very helpful when you have questions. I would recommend Niamh she is amazing

Niahm is such a great teacher, she realises that not all people learn in the same way and teaches in a way so you can understand with kindness and patience. She is a great chef in her own right always thinking outside the box with all her chef knowledge. Niahm and her outgoing personality are what make her so much fun to be around. 10/10 if you ask me.
