Jacqueline and her yoga classes have been an inspiration to me when I have been able to attend them. They are inspiring on a spiritual and personal level as well as for fittnes. This for me is the holistic approach I look for in a yoga teacher. She is also very supportive and knowledgeable when it comes to old physical injuries and explaining postures that are good for me to perform at home that help to improve my daily well being.
