My tutoring will cover the essential components of writing a blog or another specific piece of content. First session is 90 minutes. Subsequent sessions are 1 hour. I have been teaching others the fundamentals of writing via mentoring, workshops, and tutoring throughout my career. I have also taught English to ESL students and literacy to non-literate students. Lessons are customized to the needs of the student based on the specific writing they want or need to produce. Main topics covered include: > Knowing where to start! > Finding your own style or voice > Trusting your instincts > Finding structure - sentences and content > Using good grammar > Writing with clarity and in the right tone > Adjusting for different audiences and platforms > Using richer vocabulary > Writing more creatively > Finalizing for submission Lessons are suitable for adults wanting to either start their own personal blog, or launch a freelance writing side hustle or career.
