About Alex
I am a dedicated Health Sciences student at Dawson College who understands the struggles of the Quebec STEM system directly but recognizes their demands and its path to success.
My goal as a tutor is to be a patient and reliable mentor who makes hard topics seem a lot more approachable. Having graduated high school not very long ago, I bring a fresh perspective combined with proven teaching techniques to help students reach their full academic potential.

Break down high school math into simple concepts for a clearer and easier approach. Being through the STEM system in Quebec myself, I can recognize where students might get stuck and what teachers may look for on exams. I start by looking for gaps, to then tackle them and promote the student's confidence to solve tough problems independently.
About myself:
I am a high school STEM stream graduate with strong academic marks, I am graduating from CEGEP in the Health Sciences program next semester at Dawson College, pursuing medical school in the future. I also bring previous experience from a structured learning center (Kumon), where I worked directly with high school and elementary students
