About Skye
I graduated with my bachelor’s degree in psychology and communication studies from GVSU in 2017. The following year, I completed a year-long post-bach program focused on communication sciences and disorders. After that, I worked as a resident aide and medical technician in an assisted living center for over two years. I then returned to school and completed my clinical doctorate of audiology in 2023. I have always had a passion for learning and have loved working with patients. I’m excited to use those skills and that knowledge to assist other learners.

As someone who has sat through all the anatomy and physiology lectures, I know how challenging memorizing anatomical structures can be. My goal is to make learning fun, hands on, and practical.
I’ve been working in the medical field for 7 years and can provide real life examples to tie lessons together.
I understand that everyone has a preferred learning style and I make it a priority to help students understand content in a way that they can understand and apply.
