I can tutor students from middle school through high school and college in the following subjects:
Middle school: biology
High school: biology, chemistry, anatomy & physiology
College: Nutrition (from basic to medical nutrition therapy), biology, anatomy & physiology, and introductory chemistry.
A typical lesson plan will start with a meeting where the materials you need assistance with are shared. I will then create a study plan designed specifically for you to review the concepts and do practice problems together. I want to help students both understand the material while also study directly for what will be helpful for them in class for quizzes and exams.
I am a recent graduate (2024), so I empathize with students and understand what it is like to struggle with learning challenging subjects. My goal is to simplify these tougher topics and help students learn according to their unique learning styles.
