About Manasvi

HI! I am Manasvi, a high school student passionate about languages, creative expression, and different arts, as well as logic and curiosity.

I have always found learning alone and expressing myself to pressurizing teachers intimidating over the years, making me lack some skills or fall behind school until my sister came to help me. I want to share this experience, which made me like studying with them early on so they can be able to enjoy their learning journey just as much as I do!

Beyond making learning enjoyable, I also focus on practical results to help students build confidence and pass exams easily, all while remaining as budget-friendly as possible!

I really look forward to embarking on this learning journey together!

About the lesson

As a young peer who had wanted an older peer to guide me in my studies as well back then, I keep my classes light, interactive, and friendly to help students understand every concept deeply in a fun way so that they can carry this understanding as skills throughout their lives rather than simply memorizing for short-term tests. I want to help them love the subject while they study.

These tuitions are intended for Primary and middle school children from grades 1-6, where they will be divided into batches if there is a wide range of applicants.

Behind the scenes, I make sure to study the concepts in depth, take notes, and test myself to allow myself to anticipate where younger students might get stuck and also understand how they might receive new ideas. This way, I can be able to plan the next classes more effectively and explain things clearly. I also frequently take feedback from the students to see if these teaching methods suffice, if there is anything I am missing out on, or what concepts the students would like to cover first, or what concepts are hard to understand in order to improve my methods further.

I keep my classes interactive and engaging using:
- Educational class games
- Creative storytelling
- YouTube videos as examples or to support explanations.
- Real-life examples and interactive conversations on topics.
- Creative and immersive assignments to interest and engage students and help them understand the concept better rather than stressing them out

Usual class structure:
- Scheduled G-meet classes
- Friendly greetings and a quick review of previous lessons and assignment progress.
- Main lesson for the day's primary topic.
- A designated time for the students to finish asking all their doubts and questions
- An interactive Q&A where I ask targeted questions to see if the students understood everything and if they have any other confusion or doubts.
- Collaborative class and assignment planning session to decide on the next class's focus and assignment style and deadlines together to keep the students engaged in the whole process and make them think about where they are lacking or what they need to learn first to help with their further studies, and to keep them responsible for deadlines and work quality as well.
- Use of Google Classroom and forms to track work, progress, and class quality, as well as student satisfaction.

I also like to use multi-board, Cambridge-inspired learning, where we go beyond textbooks and get a deeper understanding of the subject, test critical thinking, real-world application, and nurture their natural creative talents and skills.

As mentioned above, I use various ways to keep the classes and learning process student-centric to support individual growth and let them have a satisfactory experience in their learning journey!
