I am a dual degree at the University of Rochester and Eastman School of Music in Clarinet Performance and Business. I spent a few years teaching at Mathnasium as a lead instructor and enjoy combining techniques I learned from Mathnasium with ways that I know work well for me and my classmates at school as well as my past younger students!

As I said in my title, I love seeing “ah ha” moments when students start putting the pieces together. Math is simply a puzzle that’s comprised of pieces that they develop throughout their primary schooling. The only reason students struggle in math is because they don’t have the resources to put the pieces together!
