About Nitisha
Hi, I'm Nitisha, I the experience than 8+ yrs of treating clients with musculoskeletal issues, women’s health, sports rehabilitation, ergonomic assessment, and pediatric rehabilitation through online and offline modes using an active movement-based protocol.
Proficiency in designing a treatment plan matching the needs and stresses of the individual clients focusing on physical as well as mental well-being.
Had experience in setting up and managing the responsibilities of an OPD setup and supervising a team of 11 Physiotherapists while ensuring optimum clinical outcomes with the smooth running of the setup.

Teaching techniques consist of the following:
1. Educating patients about the utility of movement in their life. 2. Using Mckenzie techniques to recruit specific muscles in reducing pain.
3. Recruiting specific muscles to improve the load-bearing capacity of the muscles and improve their sustainability.
4. Posture Assessment.
5. Ergonomic assessment and correction
Usual Structure of Class:
1. Online video call using google meet
2. 45min-1 hour session
3. entire session is a movement based {we need to avoid the usage
of exercises in our conversation with the clients}
4. 2-3 times a week sessions are conducted keeping the clients
condition in mind.
5. Home exercise program is shared
