About Deep
Most QA professionals are capable at their job but struggle to get interview calls because recruiters cannot clearly understand their value.
I help QA engineers fix that using AI-powered career positioning.
I bring over 8 years of experience in Quality Assurance, starting in Bangalore’s fast-paced tech ecosystem and working with global organizations including IBM. My career has taken me across multiple markets, including professional experience in London and Canada after receiving Canadian permanent residency.
Across five career transitions, I experienced hiring from the candidate’s side in different countries, industries, and interview environments. This helped me understand a key truth:

By observing recruiter behavior, hiring filters, and the growing role of AI in screening candidates, I developed a practical framework specifically for QA professionals to improve visibility and interview opportunities.
My mission is simple:
