About Nicole

Nicole loves helping others to improve their life and become the best version of themselves. She has been studying Buddhism for 6 years as a way of living a balanced and joyful life. She also has been connecting with the deep energies of nature and relating it to our own bodies to bring healing to our life. For the last few years she has been studying QiGong and holds a QiGong teaching certification.
