I am a Personal Trainer recognized in Italy and Europe (CONI / EREPS) with decades of experience in training for women. My system of work is based on Woman Functional Training, an integrated training and nutrition approach through which it is possible to identify the metabolic and hormonal characteristics of each woman. Through this system it is possible to go back to the strong points in terms of capacity and predispositions but also to the limits and shortcomings on which to intervene, bringing benefit in several aspects: morphological and physiological rebalancing, energy recovery, well-being and health, all in a vision scientific and with the certainty of building solid foundations for long-lasting results. Through this system you learn everything you need to know to plan a safe and effective training aimed at achieving the most common female goals such as: re-harmonization of the figure and postural rebalancing, slimming, improvement of the circulation, prevention and treatment of cellulite, toning and increase of lean body mass, development of physical qualities, restoration of movement and overall improvement of health.

We have the possibility to structure your online lessons where you will work directly with me connected to your smartphone / tablet or PC or you can work on your own with my programs and video exercises with the support of my application and the monthly checkup.
