About Amanda
I am a professional ESL teacher. I have helped children and Adults English in China, South America and here in Australia to improve their communication and confidence in English.
I also have a background in Business, Project Management and Marketing.

My methodology for children uses phonics, songs and stories to bring the language alive and makes learning fun and interesting, and the closest possible to the way native English people learn to speak.
For adults I use Oxford and McMillen content and base my teaching on the four main parts of language being listening, reading, writing and comprehension. Through discussions on various topics, videos, news reports and everyday life. An interactive method, also including role play and a key element that sets me apart from other teachers is my confidence building method and focusing on your main motivations to help you achieve your goals.
