We spend our time on role play and dialogue practice to ground the grammar in actual human interaction. I lean on my background in music to help you find the melody in the language. My Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from the University of Melbourne is the bedrock of my teaching. It is a rare thing to balance academic structure with the organic, raw energy of a gigging musician.
I have spent 13 years performing in the Australian Latin music scene, which gave me a deep, intuitive grip on idioms and expressions. I teach by drawing on the rhythms and vocabulary of the real world. My 11 years of experience allow me to navigate accent and intonation with precision.
I keep things practical. Learning should be as clear as a conversation.
