About Gilbert
I have been playing acoustic guitar, electric guitar, and bass guitar since 1991 and have played week after week in Christian churches. I have also been involved in recording sessions for jingles, TV specials, and corporate events. These countless gigs have taught me the importance of playing in a band setting and of playing "out there". Experience has been my greatest teacher not only in playing but also in dealing with other people.

Lessons on techniques, music theory, and performance are included but emphasis is given on creativity, improvisation, and creativity. Techniques that are oftentimes confronting and intimidating to students, though simplified, are explained thoroughly. Although students are shown and taught contemporary techniques they are guided to ways of coming up with their own unique voice in the instrument. Lessons are for beginners and intermediate students that last from 45 minutes to 1 hour. These are ideal for guitarists who would want to play in churches, school plays, and even just for fun.
