About Luke
- I teach many topics and have a lot of experience in my personal life in helping people (and kids!) understand the basics of a wide range of topics. I am confident that we can get you jump-started on your chess journey! - I have been involved with teaching adults and kids alike for the last 12 years of my life in everything from Sunday school to chess lessons - I have been playing chess and teaching myself for the last 7 years. I have used a wide range of resources and have been involved in tournaments before.

- Beginner (Rated 0-1000) lessons with no pressure. There will be no judgement from my part, even the great Magnus Carlsen blunders! Rest easy knowing that these are meant to be friendly and fun where you can feel safe asking a question that you normally would feel embarrassed for.
- Quickly dissect pain points and common errors. We will find what mistakes you make and help you recognize what you can fix easily.
- Methods of practice that work for you! Chess is not one size fits all, everyone learns in their own way and we can work to find your way!
- Whatever time frame works for you is great for me. Anything from 15 minute lessons to an hour.
