I liked very much your water session. I'll try to explain it in my not very good English. I suffered a brain injury 9 years ago which left me with severe
balance issues as well as challenges with fine motor skills,
movement, & coordination. Lukasz gave me private yoga classes
3x/week for a year. He designed the classes to specifically meet
my physical limitations while also challenging me to push beyond
the limits. I am so grateful for this time with him as I made
significant progress in my physical therapy due to the invigorating
& strengthening yoga classes Lukasz offered me. My balance &
strength improved as well as the confidence in my body’s ability
to hold more strenuous yoga postures. Lukasz is a highly skilled,
focused, and compassionate yoga teacher!!
During this time, I also received Thai massages from Lukasz
every 10 days or so. Wow!! This combined with the consistent
yoga practice did wonder for my alignment and any deep-rooted
muscle pains in my body. He applies his knowledge of Thai
massage as well as his intuition to target the areas of the body that
need extra care. I benefitted immensely from the year that
Lukasz was both my yoga instructor and Thai masseuse. I will
forever be grateful for the positive impact he has had on my
healing!
