Hey there,
I am Sayon Banerjee and I did my B.Tech from the National Institute of Technology, Jamshedpur and currently working as an ML engineer in a fintech startup.
Being a recent college graduate, I feel that I can connect with my students better, which can lead to better engagement and understanding.

- to go with the same pace as that of the student
- trying to understand the difficulties faced by him/her
