About Nathaniel
Hi, I'm Nathaniel!
I am currently pursuing my degrees in Economics and Computer Science at Carthage College. I know firsthand that some subjects can just feel like a brick wall - I've been there! My goal as a tutor isn't just to help you finish your homework, but to help you understand the "why" behind the answers.
I believe that learning is hard when it's a lecture. Whether we are solving a math problem, debugging code, fixing grammar mistakes, or correcting some spelling. I am here to work with you to find the answer!

Our first call will be an introduction, this is a free informational meeting. This will give you and the student a chance to meet me where we can discuss current struggles and goals.
During the standard 1 hour session we will meet over Google Meet. I utilize a digital whiteboard that the student will be able to see at all times.
Following the meeting I will upload the whiteboard to a custom Google Drive so that way you can track what we worked on.

High School (9-12): $45/hr - Focus on specialized subjects and test prep
A Note on Customized Pricing
Every student's journey is different. The rates above represent my starting points. Some sessions require more preparation - such as intensive exam prep, heavy curriculum management, etc.
During our initial intro call, we will look at the current workload and goals to determine a final rate that ensures your student gets the support they deserve.
