About Makuo
I am Erica. I am 19 years old. I am a Nigerian but an American by birth. I finished high school at the age of 17 with good grades in different subjects especially in mathematics. That subject stands out for me because it was my best subject and I was also able to participate in different national competitions and win them too. I am also good with children/students. Currently, I am a second year medical student in the Caribbean and I have always wanted to use my skills in mathematics to help young students like me.

I use different methods to help students to fully grasp the topics at hand. Firstly I give out the curriculum before hand so students can have an idea of the different areas to be covered and can even prepare for the topics before class. When a particular topic is being taught, i explain with different examples as well as different memory techniques. Then i give out a couple of practice questions as assignments which will help the students in remembering what was taught and be able to solve questions correctly.
