As a well-rounded individual with a passion for sports, especially soccer, and experience in high school leadership roles, I bring a unique perspective to teaching. I find true satisfaction in helping students develop their skills and confidence, whether it’s mastering a tricky concept or achieving a personal milestone. Teaching is not just about sharing knowledge; it’s also an opportunity for me to grow and refine my own skills, which makes the process incredibly rewarding. My tutoring approach revolves around crafting each session so that they are specifically tailored towards students’ upcoming examinations/tests. Within this approach, I utilise small tests at the start and end of each lesson to ensure that students are truly retaining core concepts to their long-term memories. I also place a heavy value on my students speaking freely in order to help guide the sessions and ensure they are focusing on the learning objectives that they desire. In this way, I hope to maximise their performance within their school examinations.
