About Julie
I am passionate about my job as a teacher and tutor because it allows me the opportunity to positively influence young people. I value my downtime, which involves quality time with friends, playing music, staying active and dabbling in dancing. These activities remind me that I am more than a teacher, and it recharges me enough to be the best I can be at my job.

Whether it's consolidating numeracy skills, exam preparation, or building confidence in learning, I’m here to help students achieve their full potential. I'm passionate about making learning enjoyable and accessible, and I strive to create a supportive environment where students can thrive. It is important to me that rapport is built in order to make learning successful and tailored to the student.
My lessons are 1.5 hours - which consists of: catching up, reviewing homework/assignments, identifying concerns, practising and concluding.
I have a degree in Education/Science majoring in Mathematics and have had 7 years experience as a tutor - both working privately and as a team.
My lessons are catered towards high school students.
