I know Haili through work. She is the owner/founder of the company I work at. It's a thriving online small business called GLOSSBYHAILI. She was great with training and teaching me when it came down to customer service and managing the site. She's understanding and fun, and very smart. I recommend her for teens and kids because she's close in age to them, which means she'll work will with them since she's already tutored kids.
