While I tutor, I like to pinpoint struggles and go from there. I go back to where the earliest mistakes starts, and explain and correct why their approach was wrong. From their I continue to correct the mistakes that came after the first one. I like to work with people individually because it really allows me to focus on them. Most people have struggle understanding the curriculum in different ways, so tutoring alone is best in my opinion.
