About Ornelle
I am a responsible and dedicated high school student with a strong academic background in mathematics and am in a magnet program. I completed Algebra 1 in 7th grade, Geometry in 8th grade, Algebra 2 in 9th grade and am currently taking precalculus. I have experience explaining concepts to peers and younger students, and I am committed to creating a positive, professional, and supportive learning environment. My goal is to help students not only improve their math skills but also gain confidence in their ability to succeed.

I’m a patient and enthusiastic tutor who believes math becomes much easier when it’s explained in a way that actually makes sense. I focus on helping students understand concepts instead of just memorizing steps, and I always encourage questions. My lessons are interactive, supportive, and tailored to each student’s needs, whether they need help catching up, preparing for a test, or getting ahead. As a high school student who recently learned these topics myself, I can explain them in a relatable and approachable way. My lessons are designed for middle school students (grades 6–8) looking to build confidence and strengthen their math skills.
