I believe that a student learns best by understanding the concept instead of just memorizing the material. I focus on clearing the concept with examples and advise the student to ask as many questions as possible... Also, other resources I use for teaching are interactive and animated Youtube videos which explain the concept easily and practice quizzes to test your understanding and knowledge.
