About Kaitlin
While I am a student, I do know how to tutor when it comes to math. I spent the last year tutoring my younger sister in pre-algebra, as well as helping my peers with their algebra homework. As a result of this, and being a young person myself, I have a pretty decent grasp on how we think, and what studying strategies are the most helpful for math classes, or any STEM class in general.

If you're running a marathon, you can't start with no prior running experience. With math, you can't start higher levels without first knowing the basic properties and how they interact. That makes it my goal to make sure all the necessary components are there so there's an idea of what's going to happen at higher level math. This can be accomplished in various ways, whether that be going over homework assignments, quizzes, and tests, or learning new material that wasn't covered in class to be better prepared for the future.
