Before the session, I request the material contents. For the time with the student, I will explain the lesson in depth, go over questions a student may have, and provide practice problems. As a tutor, I find the only way to keep students engaged is by entertainment and keeping things exciting. Things such as videos, songs, and mnemonic devices are often resources I turn to.
