About Shahanaz Thabasum
I am a High School Student, who's working towards an Associates Degree in Science. I have been tutoring for free for two years now, and I work very well with students from grades 6-10. I have experience in AP and College Chemistry, as well as AP Calculus, Pre Calculus, Geometry, Algebra I and Algebra II.

I base my classes based on the curriculum used in schools, and I will always use up to date methods of teaching. I approach each topic by having an immersive activity ready for the student so they can grasp what I'm about to teach them about. Then, I work with the student to help them understand the true nature of the concept, before working with them on some example problems. I do assign homework, but not more than 45 minutes per week.
