About ARIAN
I am Arian M. Colis, a Filipino citizen. I graduated Bachelor of Secondary Education major in English and Master in English at Leyte Normal University, Tacloban City Philippines. After graduation I took the Licensure Examination for Teachers and I passed with a board rating of 80.80 and was issued with a professional teaching license. I had 10 years teaching experience back in my home country.

I adhere to a student-centered approach, recognizing that each learner is unique, with their own strengths, challenges, and interests. My goal is to create engaging, relevant lessons that cater to diverse learning styles and encourage active participation. Some of the duties I had are the following: • Provide learning environments that are safe, secure, fair, and supportive in order to promote learner responsibility and achievement; • Establish learning environments that are responsive to learner diversity; • Plan and design learning opportunities based on the learners' diverse characteristics and experiences; • Utilize a range of resources and provide intellectually challenging and stimulating activities to encourage constructive classroom interactions geared towards the attainment of high standards of learning; • Apply a variety of assessment tools and strategies in monitoring, evaluating, documenting and reporting learner’s needs, progress and achievement; and • Establish school-community partnerships aimed at enriching the learning environment, as well as the community’s engagement in the educative process.
