I am a cheerful, dedicated, and highly professional tutor with a strong passion for supporting children and young people in their learning. I am committed to inspiring curiosity, confidence, and a love for maths using an enjoyable approach
As an engineering professional with over 10 years of experience in tutoring I have consistently supported students through both tutoring and volunteering roles, helping students explore their interests and pursue future careers with confidence.
In addition to academic support, I take pride in being approachable and supportive, offering guidance and encouragement to help students overcome challenges and reach their full potential.

I break down complex concepts into simple, manageable steps and use clear explanations, real-life examples, and guided practice.
I encourage students to think independently, ask questions, and develop problem-solving skills rather than just memorising methods.
Regular practice, repetition, and exam-style questions are key to reinforcing learning and tracking progress.
Lesson length is tailored to the student’s needs; however, sessions are typically 60 minutes, allowing time to introduce concepts, practise together, and review understanding. Longer sessions can be arranged when needed, particularly in the lead-up to exams.
