About Matthew
I have over 15 years of coaching experience across varying levels within AFL from community, academy, and development pathways through to the AFL and AFLW landscapes. I have worked with and observed many high-profile AFL coaches studying what makes them great and what failures they had but learned from. I take a lot of pride in helping those in the coaching profession to improve.

My coach development sessions generally including the development of your own coaching philosophy and then a strategy to achieve this. It includes both technical and nontechnical aspects. Sessions can run for half to an hour with the coaching philosophy face to face or online, and follow up face to face sessions can be arranged. I have over 15 years experience working across elite AFL teams and have experienced many high profile AFL coaches. But the coach development offering is for a coach of any level.
