About Jessica
I am an experienced Mum of six with a passion for helping others on their journey of Motherhood specialising in babies under 12 months. I have an extensive background in customer service and understand the importance of meeting a customer's needs.
As a Mother, my skills of understanding a customer's needs became more apparent when my children needed help to get diagnosed with CMPA (Cow's Milk Protein Allergy) and the right nutrition to ensure they thrive. From this I have spent hours and hours on end researching and ensuring that others have the correct information so they too can advocate for their little ones including fighting the medical system.
